Cancellation Policy	Live Training Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the training are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable. Online Training Purchases of online training courses are eligible for a full refund only if the course has not been accessed (meaning the customer has not logged in or viewed any course content). Once the course has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable. General Terms Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of approval. This policy is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
